I have a 2002 dark angel LCD, today i was firing and i turned the dwell up from 15 to 20 and as soon as I fired i heard a loud whistling sound from the solenoid area, i degassed the gun, put the air back on and it was fine until i fired and it did the same. I turned the dwell back down to 15 and listened from the breech and i could hear a slight leak so i took the sight rail off, listened and it was definitly coming from the solenoid or something below it. I put a little oil thru the gun to make sure it wasnt a dry o-ring but it didnt help. So what do you guys think?

I think that you turned your dwell up too high and blew a seal.

Check the gasket under the solenoid.

u have my dwell set at 14...im not sure about anyone else, but a lot of my other angel friends, including my team. We all have our dwells at 14, but i bet your leak problem was from the pressure moving the solinoid gasket.

I have my dwell at 16, either way, we're past that now lol

The gasket will only go on correctly one way, any other way and the gun won't cycle as the air doesn't get through. Check the manual, it'll help a lot.
