Up to you what you do but...
If you can get another screw to fit in there, take a hacksaw blade/dremel and cut a notch in the head of the screw and then use a flathead screwdriver to remove the screw.

To prevent this from happening only use metric allen wrenches. As for fixing it, do what vatange suggested.

use a torx bit, they are the ones that look like little * at the tip....

Turn the screw driver sideways so you are using the side of the head not the tip.

I agree with Emmit. Torx is the best way to handle that problem. At least in my opinion.
And usually the first thing I do, when I get a new peace of pb-hardware in my hands, is to replace all the screws that need to be opened often.
3rd that torx method, because i rounded off my trigger screws and got it out easily with a torx head.

You just have to remember to renew those rounded screws. Even the torx method won't work forever...

if you dont use the torx method, the ghetto way to do it is take a small file and file down the center of the screw to create a line so that you can fit a flat head screw driver in there. after that, just replace the screw and presto, it's done. but only do this if you dont have the other tool, the other way is much better.
