Hey,

I just got my first angel after playing paintball for two months, dartford 7's, fallen in love with paintball, and got a spanky silver 2001 angel lcd, as my first marker. Looking for advice on mods, for it. Both cosmetic and to make it perform better.

Any advice would be great. So post away.

Cheers.

Welcome tatley.

Get a good barrel system to make sure you have accurate paint to barrel match. Also, get a good air supply system (I happen to love A.I.R.) so your gun never starves. Then, buy lots of paint and practice!

The reason the signature banner isn't working is b/c the mods of the board have disabled graphics in signatures. I was disappointed too b/c I made a really cool banner for my team lol.

Congrats!
Make sure you just get a fast loader (I suggest an Egg), and a decent barrel kit.
And I agree, the AIR is an awesome system.
As for cosmetics, I guess a couple of volumisers would look cool.

You can download the manuals from several places (wdp.tv and fixmyangel.com are just a few)

Direct link to the LCD manual: www.angel-owners.com/manuals/lcd

With an LCD, your average ROF is only going to be 12-14 bps at the most, so you dont really need an egg. I have been using a revvie for quite some time now and I never had a hopper related feed problem.

Agreed. I use a Revvy with the JMJ impeller on intellifeed and it's the best setup I have ever seen to date. No batteries to worry about for your hopper, light as can be, and feed rate is just right.
