The problem i`m having is the 14 way manifold seal is leaking even after i replaced it. Warped manifold??
Anyone have a similar problem??

Did you put it in correctly? It's simply a gasket, flat and uninteresting. Put some LoveJuice on it.

I`ve had no luck with this thing , nothing i do is working. I may need to order a new manifold , i think this one is warped. Only leaks on the front side of the seal. ???

You matched the holes in the gasket with the holes on the manifold? Try putting a little grease on it, and make sure that the screws are snugged up properly.

is it leaking constantly or only when you shoot? I had something similar I thought it was leaking at the front of the manifold also, but only when the gun was cycling. I took it out cleaned the gasket, manifold and the inside of the gun, then I put a little lube on the gasket and replaced everything. Then I turned my dwell up and the leak stopped I cycled the gun a few times and was then able to turn the dwell back down. This might not be it but just something to try.

I put mine in backwards/upside down and it leaked. I thought for sure I put it in the right way, but when I took it apart to double check it I realized I did put it in wrong.

I`ve reinstalled it several times , so i know i have it in correctly , however i haven`t changed any settings ?? I`m not sure how that would help though.
thanks gang

I wasn't sure how the dwell would help either at first. But it will push more air through and can sometimes help to seal things or make sure that everything is cycling to it's full extent. It's just something to try that might help, it's definatley not a guaranteed fix.
