I am reassembling my buddy's LED (he had it anno'd, and I have no manual available). I have it together, but when aired up, it leaks out of the top of the gun, toward the back where the sight rail would be. I'm not sure if this might have anything to do with the snap ring-dwell adjustment or what. any ideas? Thanks.

the manual can be downloaded here http://www.angel-owners.com/manuals.php

and it sounds like either the solenoid isn't clamped all the way down, or you're LPR is too high and it's overpressurizing the solenoid.

Depending on how old the LED is, there is a set screw on top of the gun above the 14 way. I believe it locks the 14 way in? The older ones were more towards the back and need loctite to seal air. The newer leds had the set screw towards the front and fixed this problem. If I remember correctly. Long time since I messed with one.
