charger not charging

i plug in my charger to my car, and it wont charge, its not the gun because the red lite on the charger isn't even commin on, could i have not the right volts or something like that or is my charger broke, because if it is i gonna be pissed because i only used it once and it worked that time

Maybe the lighter in your car doesn't work. Or the car has to be on, or one of the wires in the charger is broken. Try it in another car, if it doesn't work in any of the vehicles you try, your charger is prob. the culprit.

Check the fuse in the cigarette adpator also.
