Well I am going to go to what happened to me which is a worst case. Your ram could be broken or snapped in half thats what happened to mine. I suggest you send it in to PerformanceAngel.com and have a full run through done. Thats what I ended up having to do.

Do LED's have intellifeed? If so, check to make sure that the wire for the noid is not plugged into that by mistake. I know that happens alot with LCD's. I will say it now, I know jack about LEDs.

Make sure all the wires are plugged up right.

I should have made my self more clear the bolt isnt getting stuck so for as its not returning all the way back to let balls in. Also when I fire real fast the gun stutters about every fourth shot when i fire slow it fires fine. :worthy:

So all the wires are plugged in ok, and none of them are pinched or anything?

If the bolt isnt returning all the way, take out the ram, clean and grease the orings, and put it back in (this will fix the grease and the adjustment problem at the same time).

Vantage just so you know for future refference the LED is one big old wiring loom, quiet frankly its ugly and a pain in the but and has caused me many problems. As for the bolt problem, sounds the like the RAM has seen its prime, and passed its old age, time to get a new one. Your problem is most likley the little seal inside the ram, its been worn down and is now leaking, not allowing for a proper full cycle and probably explains the stutering your getting. You can try to tear it apart and clean it all out, but the metal might also have experieced some wear and tear. The led I have found is one picky angel, many things tend to go wrong with it, then again the one I got was in terrible shape and ive brought it back from the dead so hard to say.

Then if your ram is working fine, your noid might need some cleaning. The fact the LED noid has external exhaust ports is a problem that allows dirt, debris, paint and only god knows what else to get in there. Its very easy to clean this noid out as its sooooo fricking huge. Remove the grub screw on the sight rail this will release the noid, remove your back plate, and unscrew the servo head from the noid. Then what i do to remove it is take a pair of needle nosed pliers and grab the brass saftey exhaust on the right side of the noid, (the right side if your looking from the back end of the marker) and pull and turn till you get it out. Now just a note before you do this you might end up pinching and destroying the orings on the this thing, the only place I was able to find the orings was in the WDP Universal Seal kit, which isnt that cheap. Ok anywho if you have the money to get more orings then you should be fine. Then after pulling and turning till it comes out you can remove the back end of the noid (I dont know the technical term so its reffered to as the back end) its a small plastic piece, same colour as the servo head, just a lot smaller. Be carefull when you take this off as to not drop the little circular piece inside there. Then you can remove the noid piston, clean and inspect the orings on it for wear and tear. Then remove the brass exhaust valve that you used to pull the noid out with, its locktited in there so its going to take some turning. Now you can run water and some detergent through the solenoid body, but if your using detergents or soaps (which I recomend doing as it will help to get small bits of dirt out) make sure before you start regreasing and re assembling you rinse it off real well. Now hoping your noid orings are not broken or chipped you should be able to re assemble it. There are 2 orange (I believe they are orange) orings that are split so dont worry thats they way they are. They are located at opposite ends of the piston. Then using some grease, I highly recommend using luv grease, if you cant get some other paintball gun grease will work, or white lithium grease. Make sure the back end piece is cleaned out and oiled, then when re installing it there is one small hole on back piece, make sure it lines up with the hole on the end of the noid body, if you dont your noid wont work and youll have to pull it apart and change it around. Then grease up the noid piston and put it back in with the end that has the little notch in it facing the end that the servo head attaches too. Now you can either take apart the exhaust valve if you want and clean it, or just get some lock tite and stick it back on, up to you. Now that youve cleaned and re greased it put the orings back on and grease those bad boys up. Then slowly push the noid back in, turn it slightly back and forth, and watch for pinching of the orings on the bottom. Once you get the noid back in lign it up with little hole provided for the grub screw hole along the sight rail. Then clean and oil the servo head and sitck that back on, and your noid, as long as its all gone well should work fine. Also if you dont want to take the time to do this, take it to a tech, and have them check your gun over for you.
