i was wondering how well these things work, cause i am thinking about getting one....

Very comfortable and you can set the pods up any way you want. I got some extra pod holders so I can play any position with the same pack, just add or remove holders to carry more paint.

do they come with the extra pod holders or do u have to buy them somewhere else seperately?

The pack comes with 6 I believe, and you can order more (in packs of 3) straight from JT.
how does the belt feel .. any bounce ?

The belt's really thick and the center (where it sits on your back) is pretty stiff so it has very little bounce. Next weekend will be my first full day with it, so I might write a review up when I get some spare time.

They are pretty decent.
Im an ER guy, but i was impressed with the quality (it is thick, and it is comfy), but i guess it gives the illusion it wont fall apart like 3 of my ER packs.

It's very comfy and has no bounce on the run. Don't plan to use it if you put your empties back in the pack, they're pretty touch to get in.
