Horrible Velocity Problems

I was at the field today and i was having horrible velocity problems, jumping from 150 to 325, sometimes paint woudlnt go anywhere and it was a pain. I played with it about a amonth ago and it worked fine, but sunday it went crazy, i noticed when i got home the small oring in teh breech had been cracked and was slitghying comming on of the gorrve it nornally sits in, could this be a problem?

Start with the basics. Clean out your reg and then check your snap ring.

Basically just unscrew the minireg, take the C clip out of it, unscrew the velo adjuster all the way.

Turn the mini reg assymbely upside down and bang it (really hard) on a mousepad until all the parts come out. Wipe all the old gunk off, regrease them, then put everything back together the way it came out.

you need a set of snap ring pliers...often called retaining ring pliers...to remove that clip.
