Hey guys.
I rescently got an angel. I played with it for maybe 3 days then realized that it was hard to open and shut the breech. And now the breech will not open! I do not know what to do. I think it might be the bolt too far up. I have tried to push it back but nothin...
I havent put oil in the reg latley could that be it? And how much does angel oil cost?
Thanks alot guys!
Please Help

have you tried to air it up and see what happens?

You want the breech to click closed when the marker has any air in it. As far as the breech not opening...your ram prolly needs an Adjustment.

Well rescently I have been having problems with my Ram. It has a little leak in the back that im gonna get fixed soon. Should i just have WDP look at that too?
And yes i have tried to shoot it then open it but still nothing...
Thanks

Sounds like your ram is now out of adjustment and is too far forward. This is causing the bolt to be too far forwards and is holding the breech in place. Try adjusting your ram back a bit and see if that allows the bolt to move back further.

As for oil, check the manual, it says that you can use goldcup perfectly fine. You just dont wanna use shtuff that eats orings (vasaline etc).

Well as for the breach to reset the ram u unscrew the back plate and you will see the adjustment screw for the ram counterclockwise to move backward and clockwise to move it forward. And i know gold cup is fine for the reg but i have always been told to use love juice for the internals.

just a quick question. when you were able to open it was it smooth or stiff? I know that in some cases the breech pins have become rusted and this causes problems opening the breech. Just curious I think the other guys are on the right track with the ram but wasn't sure after reading your first post.

Well before i had this problem of opening it I had a had time Opening the breech and shuting it. There was a little bronze thing that i could see. I take it that it was the ram. it was moving up. Because earlier i didnt have any problems with it.
Thanks

that brass piece is the hammer...it's supposed to move when the marker cycles...however it should not be moving when the marker is under pressure and the marker is in "safe" mode.

The hammer is connected directly to the ram. If you noticed that it was creeping forwards then that is suggesting that your ram is acting up. If it was moving forwards with air in the gun, then its related to the leak. If it is moving forwards (as in reletive to the furthest it will go back) then that is whats causing you breech to be stuck.

On my LCD I can peek through the cracks inbetween the breech and the body. If you can too, see if you can see the bolt (we are looking to see if the bolt is stuck in the breech area and is stopping you from opening it).

i was having a hard time getting my breech block open and the whole time it was just my breech knob, it's threaded and it somehow unscrewed a bit and when i pulled it it didnt pull the rod far enough. Try tightning your breech knob

Could the ram being up too far cause a leak in the ram? Well.. I had the air on and i tried to push the bolt back.( So i could open the breech.) I have a leake in the back of my gun. Near the backplate. Well when i pushed the bolt back the leak stoped....
Could that be the cause?

It is possible for the RAM to be adjusted too far forwards and it leaking. Either take your gun in for a tuneup, or try adjusting your RAM out yourself. There are lost of threads on here showing how to adjust it.
