Just making sure there is such thing 1st then asking if it exist yet better than stock trig? just looking for some insight...

yes the Force trigger (as seen on my 4) is for the 4...well the Fly is a 4...so yes it works...as seen by my new Flied 4, and there's an entire write up on it with pictures.

it is possible for you to do, not very difficult at all to change triggers.

The problem with the MT trigger is that the two trigger adjustment points (that go into the vernier wheels) are threaded, they're not blunt plugs like on the A4. Your TOE screw can easily be swapped out. Ken had included screws with my trigger and I'd imagine that all MTs either supply screws with the trigger or can put them in the bag with the product if you ask.
Ken set-up my front trigger screw so that I can adjust the travel length externally, even further after the wheel is adjusted. A brilliant trigger, real fast and smooth with my slightly molded opto-switch.

if you're asking about a write up on the trigger look in the Force section as I did an entire thread on it, with comparisons to both the stock and Slayer triggers as well as talking about many of the features on the trigger etc. There's also some testimonial from other players who have done the same.
