fsdo

Ok I'm buying a led off of this guy and he's telling me that it has some fsdo I did a search on this but all I found was threads dealing with lcd's and speeds and stuff what about led's how do you stop the fsdo in them its had a full charge and that doesn't help it could it be the bolt?

it's the one about half way down the page posted by seawolf. The sliver to light blue to blue fade one.
