How long are your magnets, mine is about 3mm high and it would not fit, im gonna try and lathe it down and i was wondering how small it needs to be. (and yes i know about the poles and will cut each side equally)

If you're talking about the magnet thickness, then I think the Rare Earth Magnets that everyone buys are only about 1.5mm thick. They usually come it packs of two so just double check that they aren't stuck together. :headbutt:

is there any magnetic trigger available? instead of doing the mod?

Not to my knowledge. I believe all the magnetic triggers are done by this general concept.

I cut it down so it's about 1mm tall and nothing in my gun will come together! anyone had this problem before... Could my magnet not be entriely centered? is my screw too long (because everything fits when i take the screw out). Any help would be appreciated.

You definately will have to put your forward-travel screw in further when you do this mod (If you are doing the Ginxd version, like I am assuming you are) I even had to file that screw down a bit so my gripframe would screw completely back onto the body without jamming the opto leaf back too far into the board. Also make sure that there aren't any wires getting pinched between the gun body and the trigger frame... that will keep your trigger frame from going all the way back on and it will screw over something if that wire gets smashed and cut. Hope it helps.

When I did this mod, I screwed in the forward screw until it was flush with the trigger... then glued the magnet to the body where the set screw would touch.. and it worked like a charm.

It had a really nice pull to it... similar to an eblade cocker... but I found that I could walk it alot easier without the magnet.... however pulling the trigger with one finger was much more comfortable and snappy with the magent....

its all preference IMO.
