suggestion is to open the grip frame and make sure all the plugs are plugged into the board correctly. Sounds like you got the solenoid portion plugged into the hopper port on the board.

Just chill bro, we'll walk you through this. If you look on your Opto board, you'll see SOL, HOP, BATT and SEN. Make sure the green and black wire is plugged into the part that says SEN, and make sure its plugged in the right way. Make sure your solenoid is plugged into the part that says SOL and make sure that your battery wire is plugged into the BATT the right way.

to clear it up a bit more,
your solenoid wire is made out of a red and black wire while your battery is the only one with 3 wires so that should only fit in 1 spot
just make sure the solenoid wire (red/black) is plugged into the plug that says SOL right above it
was probably just a simple slip up at the factory, nothing to go nuts over
if you still cant figure this out i'll take a picture of it for you tommorow, but in the meanwhile also check page 35 of your manual
Moolges on it but for it to leave the factory like that is 1 in a million. But anyways check what has been said as that's your prob if you have for some reason disconnected any plugs.
