I read all over and most ppl say you need a lp(low pressure) tank on your speed??? I called my local shop and they said it really didnt matter and that the reg. would prevent to much pressure in the gun. So which is it? :wall:

the manual recommends 400psi input, it's obviously going to perform better from a LP tank...however it's not necessarily a REQUIREMENT. You might still be able to get your speed down below local field limits by making adjustments to the dwell (turn the dwell all the way down). You won't however really be able to benefit from volumizers or lower operating pressures until you get yourself a LP output air system. Hope that was the answer you were looking for.

So with a hp tank the volumizers will do nothing?

trying to use the volumizers with a HP will probably do more harm than good at the chrono. Due to the increased volume you might experience problems getting your marker down below 300 (or lower depending on field regulations).

I've heard about a lp spring or coil you can put in a tank to convert it?

Yes, but you need to take it to a qualified person to install it for obvious reasons.
