Can't get velocity down

i put on a CP volumizer on my speed/centerflag hyperflow, stock bolt, and i can't get my velocity below 270's n im goin to ult. madness n i think it is 260 for chrono. The dwell is at 12 n if i drop it any lower then i get drop off in high rates of fire. Can somebody help?

if your tank is adjustable you can try lowering the psi output

i'm assuming you tried to lower your minireg's output??

When you use the higher pressure tanks you can run into these problems, you will probably need to shim your mini reg, or you'll need to get a low pressure spring kit for your hyper flow.
