are they any good ? would it be worth it to go to the eyes with my speed or just stay with the sensi? it seems to me that wdp just had sensi for a lil' while and now they are going to eyes. i mean i like sensi, its different its not the same old timmy or impy. im not saying they are bad markers.

From the reviews, the FLY eyes are working GREAT!!!!!! But the only way to get the eyes in the Speed is with a retro kit. Since the retro kit has not come out yet for the Speed, the jury is still out. (not even in place yet)

I believe that Angel is using the same type of eyes that Imps and Timmys are using, Digital Key or something like that? Its just that Angel went with a multiple eye setup instead of a single/reflective eye. But if they're using eyes from the same company that Imps and Timmys have eyes from than its a proven product and barring any sort of misproduction on the manufacturer's end they should work well no problem.

no way angel eyes are way stronger than imp eyes, the angel eyes beam can even be seen with the naked eye they are so powerful!

Have you seen them or are you just quoting the promo materials for the Fly?

I think that is a lot of B.S. If it where true people would have to wear laser glasses while playing paintball so that they don't go blind. Angel Eyes sound awesome, but if your sensi doesn't chop why change it. The only way my Speed will chop is if I run bad paint through it. The bad paint will chop with sensi or with eyes it doesn't matter.

I think they're using 820Nm IR LED eyes. The standard now is 800Nm IR LED for all break beam eyes. I doubt there is a preformance difference.

im starting to think that sensi is better then any eye. like they say if it aint broke dont fix it! so i think i will leave my speed the way it is. also how long do the sensi rod last?

just a lil off topic but im not saying that eyes are bad but a buddy of mine on the team has a toxic impy its nice but when u turn the eye on it is so slow. what could be wrong? is it just me. this was the marker that i was using in pratice b4 i got my speed. now that i have my speed, it puts the toxic to shame.

A Sensi rod should last forever!!!

the sensor itself is a different story. I've found the effective life of the sensor to be approx. 40k shots. Each sensor I've replaced has been right at about 40k. Rods I've yet to replace.

As for the eyes....well...that remains to be seen...but mine are coming:clap:

A rod should last forever unless someone is stupid enough to use a straight shot. :wall:
