Whats the difference performance wise between the 2 i bought the master tech volumizers and will it work the same with the settings ken and emmit posted as the largest 3 sum volumizer

The only real difference is the milling. Size for size they do the same job.

the size is actually supposed to be right between the mid and large if I remember correctly from a post that Ken made. So it would still work if you decided to try and get your LPR down to the 55psi range.
