Choosing sensi setup

Hi, can anybody help me how to choose a sensi setup? I know that the manuals explain about this, however there seem to be small difference and I am not sure if mine set up correctly.

sensi 1 and 3 are supposed to prevent chops entirely

sensi 2 and 4 are there to put a small delay into your stream to allow the ball to drop, chance of chopping still exists.

Sensi 1 and 2 are supposed to give you high peak ROF

sensi 3 and 4 are supposed to lend themselves to maintaining a high ROF.
