I picked up 2 new Joy FLYs at the weekend but neither had a manual with it. The dealer said that they would be supplied on disk. Has anyone else heard this or does the std FLY have a proper manual?

It should be the same as the regular Fly 4, on the CD from what I was told. The manual is also located on WDP's site.

nope...if I rmember correctly the CD states on it that it is for the Joy, Force, and Cobra models as well as the stock. That's your manual. If you want a print copy you either have to print it out from the disk, or the pdf file on their site. I believe they were also telling people at HB that you could request one from them if you needed it.

Post pics!!
Will get some pics up soon.
At first, when I looked at the Joy FLY in the shop I wasn't too impressed. The fade is more bronze/orange than I expected. But when I got them home I compared the colour ro my A4 gloss blue (which I think is gorgeous) and the JOY just blows it away - very smart looking IMHO
Only one if the Joys is mine, the other I picked up for our sponsor.

that's a camera lighting issue.

Action Villiage has two different Joy division Angels listed for sale. One is a bronze/black fade and the other is a gold/black fade. Check it out at paintballgear. I could be wrong as those the pics of Joy at HB could be the same color.

And I have noticed that most stores just got their Fly 4s in stock this week. First Call Paintball, Action Villiage, and I think Cobra should all have them by Wednesday or Thursday.

I emailed Frazer regarding the lack of paper manual and he said they were being printed at the moment. I assume all existing FLY owners will be able to request one.

Agree with Polecat, having seen the black/bronze it is a lot more bronze than the image on the web, damn nice but definately copper/bronze colour at the back.
The other one is black/yellow - not seen it in the flesh but there are picks of it over on p8ntballer... here...

That black/yellow one would match my Evo. Another good reason to buy another Angel.
