i cant get the little rod out of my trigger frame, i want to try a different trigger pivit point but it wont come out...i can take it out of my friend's but mine seems stuck.

Use a bigger hammer...

use a rubber mallet and an allen key or something that you can use to tap on with the mallet

You have to take the grub screw out of the way first. Then just tap it out with a very small punch.
