I had this same problem after the first time I filled up my AIR system, air leaking through the breach.
In the exhaust valve area, there is a metal thingy that's hard to get out (technical I know ;) I usually take the ram and other exhaust valve stuff out then gently push through from the back of the gun with the handle of a highly technical wooden spoon.
I changed the larger of the two O rings and it sorted the leak out straight away.

You don't necessarily need a rebuild kit, you need an O-ring designed for air systems that's the same size and thickness.

Good point. None of the O-rings I had were 'quite' the right size, so I ordered a seal replacement kit from wdp. Good selection in there, but I'm not sure what the tractor tyre inne tubes were for :)

The big huge o-rings they sent you were for your gated feed neck.

I wouldn't let the gun sit over night with air running through it. It is not a good idea to leave the gun pressurized. IMO it will dry out the seals.

yeah..im not to sure awhat you meant...which o-rings should i replace? would it be best to just buy a valve rebuild kit. or buy a specific oring?
\thanks,

Is it a complete o-ring pack cuz if that's the case, just tear down the speed and replace all the o-rings on the internals. Its just better that way. I'm not sure but I believe you're supposed to coat the o-rings with a little love juice. Oh and use a proper o-ring pick when you're removing them so you don't scratch any parts.
