Wondering if anyone, who's owned both, has noticed an accuracy difference between these two markers. I have a 4 but thinking about a new Fly to add to my collection. Accuracy is the one thing that I've found on my 4 that isn't dead on where I like it. Wondering if the Fly can beat it's pants off, or if it's about the same!

While I don't own both guns. I was always under the impression that accuracy is mainly a barrel issure.

Consistent air supply, clean mini reg, paint to barrel match, and a tuned marker are going to give you accuracy. This accuracy issue has been beaten to death between all of the markers LCD to IR3 to Speed, etc...

in other words, both guns should be just as accurate
Exactly what thog said...

well considering the 4 and the Fly are the SAME gun...just different milling and an eye....besides...it's about the paint and barrel

Yes and no, the fly will introduce some new things... -winks-

other than the eyes there's nothing new in the marker...they've open some of the air passages a little and you're able to get a slightly lower LPR because of it, but that's about it...
i would say that the diff between 55 and 35 is more than a "slightly lower" pressure

Have a Fly, A4 and a DM4. No difference that I have noticed

I run a 45 psi on my 4, so 35 psi isn't a huge deal.

10psi at the LPR isn't a huge difference, you're right. I will say that on Jouster's 38psi F4 the marker doesn't move. Not to mention I think it'd be near impossible to break even the brittlest of paint at 38psi on the LPR!

You can almost hear the bolt go "sproinnngg!" off of the paint.
The Fly won't be any more accurate than the A4, but it'll feel more accurate because of the reduced kick from the lower LPR pressure.
