A big thank you to Ken Crane, Justin, and the rest of the Master Techs and Techs that were working the WDP booth. They got my Mamba up and running despite the fact that the Vipers were shooting really brittle TC and it was having a problems chopping and keeping the bolt jammed forward. Thanks guys. Hey, do you play for the team that decided not to show up for quater-finals?

What happened?

Unfortunately that was us. It's not that we didn't decided, we just couldn't attend. We have only been together as a team for around three months, much of that time was spent keeping out three man teams running in the local three man series here in South Florida. Anyway, we came to Huntington for the experience and to get used to 7-man Tournament ball since nobody on the team had any experience with that format, and only half the team has any experience with the NPPL from previous formats. What ended up happening is due to poor planning and an underassesment of how we would perform is we flew in on Thursday and had planned on flying out Sunday morning expecting not to make it any further than the prelims. Well, that got shot down unexpectedly and we spent all night trying to figure out a way to stay but couldn't make it work without having it cost around $1000 per player, so we notified the NPPL about not being able to attend and got on our flights Sunday morning with our heads hung low pissed about not being able to be there. We do now know what we need to work on as individuals and as a team as well as not to underestimate ourselves...we will not let this happen again. Sorry to Dominion, the 17th ranked team, and to everyone else in the NPPL.
