Ken or anyone who has worked on this gun;
Will a cobra .45 frame fit on the fly and allow the eyes to function properly?
i notice that the eye covers fit in the cops slot, so all that would be needed are the little slots for the eyes, correct?
Judging from the manual, the eyes run through slot milled for the cops wire, correct?
Thank you

You will probably have to have the Griup Frame milled a little bit to allow the Eyes and Eye Covers to go into the side of it...

I would doubt it since the body is smaller, but not exactly sure. This also came up with swapping frames on the IR3 and LCD. I realize that you aren't talking about these markers, but with each Angel that has come out they have shortened the body.

i thought i remembered ken saying that they might have an optional 45 frame.....might not have been ken, but it was one of the first things i read about the fly, maybe its MT accessory

yes it will, remember if you were to put an LCD 45 frame on your ir3s or speeds (not the Cobra one with built in snatch grip) you would have about 3/4 of an " of body behind the frame? Well thats about the only thing they took off of the 4, so your best bet aesthethically speaking would be the 45 ir3 frame from 888paintball.com as it doesnt have the built int snatch so there wont be overhang and ti has the COPS spot milled out. im thinking about getting one for my 4 as well.

The Cobra Speed 45, fit on the A4. I have had it on mine, since first day I got it. All u had to do was tap a set screw on top of trigger to line up with the second wheel. And i was also told that the Force that is coming out in April might have option of 45 frame.

I think he might mean smaller in length, I am 6'-2" and have huge hands, and 45 fits me fine.

Actually 45 will make your gun longer in length but shorter height wise. I prefer 45 as well.
