I was charging my gun for the first 4 hours right when i got the gun. My lcd screen then flickered like 30 min into the charge and it only shows 2 screens. The screen when it is first turned on and the one after it, it goes back and forth between the two.

The board could be fine, it just might be your LCD screen.

Try turning both venier dials so that the "tick" mark on each dial faces the left side fo the gun. (the tick is the zero of each wheel)

Then check what the screen says.
Try and charge it then

It might be the trigger; but i also just got my A4 two days ago.... after being excited for about 2 hours of having such a sick gun the board started to say the same thing to me. Then i thought i had a $1100 paperweight on my hands.

Your board prolly isnt fried. Does the LCD do anything when you turn the switch on the back? If it gives you nothing but three empty boxes and an empty battery it means the battery is totally dead. Try "jumpstarting" the battery. The WDP tech that i talked to today took an IR3 charger and plugged my gun in. It just all of a sudden started charging! Now gun works great after a proper charging.
Hope it helps

i know that the solution to this problem is definaltely the trigger. try backing up your vernier wheels or backing out your toe adjustment screw, then you should be fine, i think whats happening is that your trigger is pressing up against the opto switch on the board.
