Hey guys, I have played in one tourney and have been an alternate for an amateur team, but never made it into the game. I mainly play rec, But am starting a school team here at UM and was wondering what the basic "strategy" of a tournament team is. We are going to be a 5-man team. I know the positions and the start. The one tourney I played in, i Played front... but no one really knew what they were doing.
If you guys could give the basic startegy of a 5-man tourney team, that would be great. Thanks

probably the best things to do is try your best.....have all your best gear on....cause they want to see that u can hold your own....as in when it comes to getting quality gear....and dont be an ass.....thats all i can think of...

Ill go ahead and disagree with Jason.
It all depends on the field. The 10-15 points you get for possession are NOT worth the risk of dropping a body off the break, especially when you're a new team.
Shoot people, make your secondarys, then worry about the flag. At worst you end up with a 90 for missing first pull.

Id stay away from those tournaments all together.

Wasnt the IAO flag pull worth quite a bit.... maybe im wrong... but that was a fun tourney other than that bitch jacking up paint prices at the last minute....
