I unscrewed it and screwd it back in and it leaks, could it be a bad guage? I checked the oring and its fine.do you think wdp can replace it? or do i have to shell out 40$ for a simple guage?... or can i buy another brand that costs like 15$..?

Try lubing up the o-ring. As far as buying another one you cannot, since the threads are different from the normal microgauges.

blue locktite or teflon tape should do the trick

Has it leaked from the moment you gassed it up? If so then it's possible that the threads were machined improperly or that the o-ring is torn. Otherwise, try some oil on the o-ring. The gauge should screw in completely under hand tight force and not leak and I strongly urge you to avoid teflon tape. If a shred of the tape gets into your marker it could cause permanent damage.

I found out my guage's coil which is made of copper has totally cracked, therefore air was leaking out of the coil and that was the leak. I doubt WDP would replace it, should I even bother? I already ordered a new one anyways.

It might not hurt to contact the place you bought it from or a certified service center and ask. If you can prove it was a manufacturer's defect then that would be covered under the 6-month warranty.

I just dont get why these little things cost 40$!!!!!
they are making at least 350% profit.. I doubt they cost no more than 5$ to make..

if you truly think that you have no idea how much an accurate gauge really costs.

Emmit is right, guages are pretty expensive to make. Especially accurate guages.

I work at a chemical plant and I am always surprised at how much pressure gauges cost. Even for water service they are expensive.
