View Full Version : my shocktech asa adapter leaking?!

i don't know why when i screw in my nitro tank.. and then adjust the screw on the asa to the turn on position.. you there a shiiet load of nitro flowing out from somewhere on the asa.. looks like another hole to the left of the asa.. but its covered with a silver thing.. am i supposed to cover it?they didn't give me anything to cover it with though

That cover can be used for a gauge or to run your hose fitting. My suggestion to you is to take it out, and put teflon tape on it, and then screw it back in.

the gauge hole? Is the hole facing the trigger frame? You need a gauge there.

umm.. the shocktech asa is how it looks like.. if you look straight down from the back .. the on/off is in the front.. and to the right of it is the valve where the macro line goes.. and directly to the left of it is another silver screw that is in the asa.. that has a certain shape to it.. and that is where the air is escaping from.. how do i take that screw out? doesn't look like an allen screw can

ok i took the screw out from the left side of the asa.. apparently there is a screw hole where the air is escaping from.. thats why.. what am i supposed to put in that screw hole to prevent the air from escaping?

Teflon tape that little hole cover you removed and put it back in.
