whats with the volumizer`s on the lpr chamber?

The other weekend , i seen this fella walkin around with the volumizer on the lpr chamber !?!?
Is this some kinda new "mod" i`ve never heard of? Have i missed something here? I`m sure some one in here can substantiate or dismiss this for me. Thanks

It's for looks only. I have one on mine, but it really does nothing.

i remember back in the speed manual i think they miss printed and said to put it on the lpr side, but it really does nothing

I remember seeing people doing that, and it kinda evens it out, looks wise. looks complete with both, but with one looks odd with one only. So if I was to put one on the lpr side , it wont affect it at all right?

Perhaps he's misinformed regarding the functionality of the volumizer on the LPR side. Forgeting that on the A4/Speed the volumizer actually serves a purpose but on the other side!

Some people do that just to mess with people's heads ... my wife's former captain did that with an old LED, was asked about it all the time.

I have dual volumizers on my LCD...if I could find some tassels to hang from them, I would just to screw with people's heads.
