Jus got my first angel

After 9 years of playing using mostly cockers i finally broke down and got a used angel, first i wanted to make sure i got a good deal, it is a 2000 eclipse 3 color splash ano w/ the lapco and dye boomstick for $350.

Next i need to know what kind of maintence needs to be done and how often i have read the online manual but am still a little confused. :hititraw:

Next since it is single fire should i set the ROF to the highest and adjust the dwell like the manual says or what

Thanx in advance for any help you can provide to an Angel newbie (wow thats wierd to think of my self as a newbie after 9 yrs... oh, well)

doesn't sound like you got a bad deal at all.

maintenance is relatively nil...a couple of drops of oil internally about every 8k shots, a grease service about every 20k or so. I would highly suggest having it tuned by a tech before you start playing so that you don't inherit someone else's problems. A tech can and will get that marker shooting straight as an arrow.

Yes you should leave it in single shot mode, and set the dwell according to the manual.

thanx for the help, i like the gun so far i took it out to the desert yesterday to shoot some paint through it, it seemed like i got about 900-1000 shots from a 114ci/3000psi tank, does this seem about right???

That sounds fine. You will notice that if you dryfire alot your air consumption will go up, but 1000 off a 114/3k is doing great.

thats funny, mine is the same splash. BTW i keep hearing everyone talk about WAS and ACE i was wondering what those are and if they are available for the LED or not.
