Certain Valve Stem

Is there a certain valve sten for different angels? If so what should the IR3 Valve stem look like......just try to do your best at explaining....if you have a pic that would b great though.

My stock IR3 stem is black and has a small green plastic part around the larger end. Im not sure if all valves have been made them same im inclined to say they arent, but as long as it fits in the valve guide and makes a seal its all good in the hood.

yeah speeds and a4 have different stems.
