does anyone know the email address for the person who created the sexy angel program? I do not have a computer with win98 i only have xp and the program will not work on xp. I heard he will create a mod for xp for it if you need it. Also, If someone has the program that works on Xp can you send it to me? p8ntbll@bellsouth.net. thank you

I did that and the program comes up but it says com port not valid for any of them. I know my com. port works because I use it for other things. What is going wrong with this?

that whole program confuses me... all i want is all my firing modes on my lcd.... and i dont know my ass from my elbow when i'm using it, and after reading his little disclaimer.... you could F&@* up your gun at any time..... it scares me a bit... you know?

when did you have ths new board put in? I bought my LCD in Feb and I've got all but the 2 locked modes. You have to change them using the internal buttons.

It allows you to unlock firing modes and change all the settings in your gun like the timer, the vibes, the dwell, etc. without having to use the internal or external buttons. There are other uses but unscrupulous ones...

how do u get the adapter peace for the angel to the comp? and can i change the writings on it for the LCD like on the ir3s? and how the hell do u use it?!

The plugs for the LCD is called the WDP Data Link. You can get the Data Link at paintballgear.com or just by WDP (other people probably have it also). If you open your grip frame (lcd side) there will be a plug-in below you LCD screen. You take the Data Link and plug it into that, and plug the other end of the plug into your Com Port 1 (I think serial port). Then you load the software into your computer, after that it will bring you to the settings screen. At your top left there is a button what says "Retrieve Data From Angel", click that. After that it will give you all the stuff from your settings on your gun. No, you can not change what your screen says or the Text. That is just the IR3.

i don't know emmit, i bought the gun used, and i think the board went POS on me, any one know what a board goes for?

and yes i've tried the internal buttons, it just stays in b.

The boards run for 199.99. Warped Sportz has them, but I think you have to call and order it. Then reason it is in just Semi "Mode B" because it is locked(also know as Euro B). If you got it replaced this year it's going to be locked, so was mine, but I managed to unlock it.

If you are a tourney player why would you want all of those modes anyhow? Honestly, all you need is B/semi. Correct? Just my opinion, but I thought that having all the good bells and whistles wasnt allowed in NPPL anyhow?!?! You gotta have a semi only board.

Semi only is required to play in all the fields I've ever been on. Makes you better to have to play semi. Auto is a tad of a cop out.

but one more thing. how could i change the "safe/live" text (like rocky's lcd with the 'roc on' display) that would really be cool.. or something:)

do you see the "print screen/prt scr" button on the top left on your keyboard? press that key, and open a image editing software (paintshop, photoshop or even microsoft paint).
in the editing software you select "paste" (windows shortcut CTRL-V)
Then you should see a *.bmp image of your desktop:)

but back to the topic.
could someone please help me with the "live/safe" text editing?! :)
