Volumizer threads stripped

Hi all,
I'm a new Angel owner and I was trying to put on the large volumizer and it would only screw in about a turn and a half. The original cap was hard to unscrew to begin with. My question is how do I fix it now. It looks like threads are all buggered up. What size threads are they so I can have it re tapped. Thanks.

I've had the same problem, so did a friend of mine. I contacted frazer (online tech at WDP) and he told me to send the volumizer to him and he would replace it.

Same with one of my teammates. Only the threads were stripped and he couldn't get the volumizer out. He sent his marker to Impact and they replaced the volumizer and repaired the threads. You now can't even tell!
