with sensi on you cannot lower the ROF, it's set to keep up with your hopper.
as for the drop off in strings, what's your LPR set at? is it recharging fast enough? is your tank screwed all the way in? what's your dwell? Are you using a volumizer? give us more information.

Emmit's right we need a lot more info before we can be of any reasonable help. Drop off is however most likely related to your LPR in some way.

those font make me wanna vomit...
Try using a larger volumizer, alot of people dont realize that they need the larger airflow when using a LP gun.

this speed menu has me confused
if the menu has u confused, then u might consider reading the manual

sorry i havent replied in a while... yea im using two volumizers the biggest wdp one, and one new designs angel volumizer... as for the dropp off someone told me to screw the ram outwards and that pretty much fixed it, the air keeps up with my fingers instead of dropping off... and yes emmit, my tank is screwed in all the way... how to you check lpr? oh yea my output is at 850 psi

I found this one interesting from your website, "I would rate myself a pretty good paintball tech so if you need some help with your gun or have a question im me. (Ousamaiskool)"
anyway, i don't think you can adjust your LPR with your HP tank unless you can get your minireg to lower that 850psi to 350psi into your gun. Everything is related and if your input pressure is too high, it will skew your LPR pressure higher. Maybe you could borrow an adjustable tank and adjust your LPR...
by the way, in your sig I noticed that you use a Freak (Red insert)... the red one is the .687 and the blue one is the .689 unless we have different Freak barrel inserts?

lmao yea same thing i was thinking about the insert. if the speed menu confuses you, RTFM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! trigger adjustments are there too. what a tech this guy is :)

some guy said it had to do with my ball detents... do i need new ones?

check your velocity, then check your ball/barrel match, then check your paint again.
It should not go curvy all the time. I have no knowledge in the detents department, ask Emmit.

yeh i checked my velocity and me in my cruddy angel wisdom and the manuals unhelpfulness changed the velocity but did not chrono it.... it never doesnt curve... the gun is still... it doesnt rock or anything and when i shoot at something far away without wind... it doesnt hit it even if it is a wall... unless it is close range i hit something maybe it has something to do with my output pressure how would i change that or would i need a different tank? because the only reg i have is the stock mini reg

sorry for my grammar on it never doesn't curve.................... i need english class... btw the guy asked me if i took my detents out and i said yes because i didnt know how to remove my original feed since i got a gated... until i used a wrench... and he said i wasnt supposed(hurr) stupid me.

You really should put a low pressure tank on the speed, its not designed for high pressure output. The ball curve problem definatly sounds like you are using way too high an input pressure. Have you put the gun over a chrono? If so whats the fps? Also, if you are still experiencing the first shot drop off I would suspect input pressure is also playing a role, but it could also be related to your battery charge. When you first get your speed you should give it a full charge, even if the battery meter reads full, this helps to break in the battery and provide a consitant voltage output to the solinoid. Last thing for now, make the New Designs volumizer is made for the speed. There are slight differences in the internal dimensions of the Speed/A4 from older model Angels and a volumizer designed for use on an older gun will hamper air flow, volumizers are not all that useful on a high pressure gun either. Hope this helps a bit.

sorry for my grammar
it's not your grammar that concerns me so much as the language...we have a filter for a reason but don't test it please.

if you've flipped your ball stoppers that would be a big factor in causing the balls to curve, I'd suggest you check those.

By the way, the volumizer you have on the right side of your Speed has no effect on performance. Having the mismatched volumizers looks rather wierd in my opinion. :rollseyes

in magazines and stuff ive seen the large volumizers always on the hammer side..... dynasty guys used it on the right side as well... i have the smaller on the left side... anyways what are ball stoppers... detents? if that is so i shall purchase new ones... and what kind of tanks allow you to change the output pressure? apparently my crossfire tank cant.

plus i hear angel air is stinky in play got a 7.1 on pb review.. so a lp tank i guess

the large volumizer does lower the air pressure to 180-220 psi correct?
ousama

would 450 psi output work? :samurai:

USE THE EDIT BUTTON INSTEAD OF CREATING 1000000 POSTS WITH 1 SENTENCE! ughhhhhhhhhh. and if you would stop being a lazy bum and looked in the manual, you would see that is suggests 450 output.

Yes, the volumizer goes on the hammerside. The volumizer on the LPR side does nothing, and if its not made for the speed could cause problems. The large volumizer will only lower the operating pressure if your gun is set up properly, ie proper input to the mini reg and proper output from the minireg. A tank with an adjustable regulator will allow you to change its output pressure. Or you can get a low pressure preset tank. Or you could have your crossfire regulator setup for low pressure output. You can do that by having a shop change the spring stack in the crossfire.

If you're looking for an adjustable tank, a pretty reasonably priced one is the Nitro Duck X-stream. You can get them for around $220. Or as mentioned above, your crossfire can easily be changed to an LP tank.
