chances are you'll really need a different tank, you need a tank with an output of approx 400 psi.
a faster hopper is a HUGE suggestion as you'll be limiting your feed rate to about 12-13 bps.
the stock barrel is acceptable for most cases, and there's really nothing else you need to consider. Read some of the other threads asking similar questions and see how they were answered.

Well, let's see here. I get 750 shots without blinking an eye on my 70/45, and my gun was something of a gas hog at the time I was measuring that (she's been tuned a bit since). You, however, are running:
1) A tank that has two-thirds the volume.
2) A tank that has a maximum pressure 1500 psi lower.
3) A regulator that sets the usable ceiling 350 to 400 psi higher.
So, some quick math:
My tank, outputting at 450 psi, can use:
70 iii x (4500 p/ii - 450 p/ii) = 283500 pi, which, on the basis of the fact that I get (well over, but we'll pretend) 750 shots, means that I use 378 pi per shot. We'll claim that that's typical.
Your tank: 47 iii x (3000 p/ii - 800 p/ii) = 103400 pi, or about 1/3 as much usable air. You would be able to get off a hopper and limp through a pod, maybe two if you were exceedingly lucky.
Are you a front player, a back player, a recball player? Let us know, and we'll try to guide you towards a cheap tank that's right for you, but the HP 47/3k will only give you grief, and cause you to not fully appreciate just how nice running the Angel on <500 psi can be.
Oh, and I should clarify: this isn't the Angel's fault. You'll have a hell of a time getting more than a few hundred paintballs out of any gun on a 47/3k.

yewa i know i have no problem with the angel. but i found a tank. im gettin a lp 450 output 88/45. so thats good. i play rec abll, and all postions in speedball but mostly stick with mid. i want a 68-70 but i cant find a good one for cheap. i cant afford an adj. one yet. but that will be soon to come in about 6 months. so how many you think out of a 88/45? lp

Everybody has different efficiency. I changed my LPR and dwell the other night, so I'll update the efficiency thread (it's around here somewhere) when I get back from the Big Game at Skyline (http://www.skylinepaintball.com) this Saturday.
