It's new and going to be expanded as soon as Matt get's some time off from his busy schedule, but the basics are in there.

Make sure that the o-rings are greased real good, and when you put it in twist it in, don't make it a straight shot. You can put a few drops of oil on the shaft.

You want the bolt pin resting on the back part of the hammer.

You should feel slight resistance on the bolt pin (as though it was sticking to the hammer) when you attempt to open the breech. Likewise, you should hear a "click" when closing the breech and the pin locks into the hammer groove.

I know Ken also addressed this in another thread but the Ram should be adjusted in a clockwise motion, if you go too far in you'll need to back it out, and go in a little at a time. The bolt pin should rest on the back of the hammer not the front.

Indeed... it's actually quite easy to slice an o-ring on the threads where tha ram screws into the body as you're reinserting the ram assembly. However enough lube on the first o-ring gets the job done.
I've found that after the initial break-in the o-rings are really the only area that require grease. A light coat on the entire assembly won't hurt anything but perhaps overkill.
Also, whenever I remove anything from the marker (LPR, exhaust valve, ram) I always remove any existing grease/lubricant both on the item and where it was housed. Unless removal occurs in under 1,000 shots since it was last cleaned.
