Trigger Spring

Can someone plz explain to me the steep of how to install a spring into the trigger frame of my speed. I herd that the bic. mechanical springs work the best. How much do I half to cut off and how do I mount it? Thanks. [/FONT] [/COLOR]

Start off with a long spring and keep cutting it down untill you have the resistance you want.
