How long did it take for you guys to to get your exhaust valve to seat? my force 4 still leaks at the exhaust valve with about 3500 shots on the counter.....

put a little oil in the stem, it should seat at about 1000 shots if you've slammed the air into it like recommended

Mine sealed after 25 shots using a 450psi preset. Follow the recommended procedure, 3500 shots with air seems to be a bit overkill (considering all 3 A4s I've handled have needed less than 500).
Perhaps there's another problem at hand.

Mine never leaked. I set my tank pressure at 500 and ran it like that for two games. I then dropped it back to 375 and ran it there the rest of the day. I also found out, that reducing tank pressure by 125 reduces velocity about 40 fps.

there isn't...I believe he's reffering to the posted procedure that was pretty much the warning from the get go.
however at 3500 real shots you should have seated it a long time ago, something else is likely your issue.

I dunno but it is still leaking just like the day I got it. Also I noticed the lpr had no shims in it so the lpr is not adjustable to kens specs... maybe I need to send it back :cryer:

not sure how close you are to Ken, but I'd say take it to him and have him look at it.

What are you doing this weekend? I noticed you're in Bowie... I'm about 20 minutes from Bowie and perhaps I can be of some assistance or we can take a look at it together. Worse case we can have a photo opt for two burnt orange force 4s!

How close is Bowie to Strasburg, VA?

Bowie is approximately 20-30 mins due east of the District, give or take the time of day and the highway (50, beltway, side streets). Strasburg (if I remember correctly) is located off Rt. 66 past Front Royal where it merges with Rt. 81.
So I'd say it's about an hour or so drive, pending traffic could take as you much as 2 hours to get to Bowie because you need to get on the beltway (east). East... is always slow.

Haha, awesome. Tell him to come out this Saturday. We're having our Big Game, and I just got my Angel Toolkit and I'm rocking my target with a 60 psi LPR, and my new Pipe Kit should be arriving today or tomorrow.
Plus, if you two want to make the trip, it'd be awesome to have three Forces in the same game, and I'd be glad to help y'all out with any issues you may be having. I'll bring along my Toolkit, too, in case you need to change settings.
Interested?
