Did the research on em a while back, I'd say get the evolve kit for it. I couldn't drop the angel though, ended up canning my matrix trade.

every trix i have seen will bounce, it is inherent, it is just sad.... they dont just bounce a little, they are like the definition of bounce...

its the chat forum. that means anythin. oh, yeah, i played a team once, we had to wait for about 20 mins while they got the bounce fixed. ask pntballmatt about it sometime.

I'm not about to spend an additional 300$ for a good bolt kit, just to make it as efficient as my speed.

Depends on how you want your gun to feel. Matrix has a different feel than an angel. I was very unimpressed with the quality of the milling on the NYX. For all that cash, you get an eye, board, and milling/ano. And the milling had tool marks, the metal was rough in random places...not what I'd expect for that amount of cash.

i sold my a4 and im waiting on my new dm4 to arrive. i just got in from the MGO and was shocked at how many angels were not there. its seems wdp may be in trouble. i also hear that the new angel will have eyes (finnaly) and will be out soon. but untill they seal up the breach and have it where you can adjust the ram far enough up to align the ball stack so a halo will work on ALL of them, i wont be back. and i NEVER thought id say that.
now let the flaming begin, i can take it, can you?

But you're willing to spend 300 to ace your speed???
It's all about "strategery" thog. I'm willing to spend the money I did on parts if it will increase the resale value 200$ more than what I paid, and allow me to get the most out of my speed/lcd. I've had pausing issues even after it was looked at, and I've wanted to try ace for a long time.
Not to mention, we're talking two different upgrades. An anti-chop upgrade, and a performance/efficiency-unrelated-to-chopping upgrade
Can anyone else confirm these "eye" rumors?

your still loosing 100 (evil) dollars for no reason

OK, spend 350 so you can get an extra 200 in resale later? New sensi pad 25 or ace 350 :again: let me think about that one.
If you want to fix your pause issue, stop bending the damn opto leaf to look for a softer pull. We all know what the issue here is. You have complained numerous times about that on here.
I guess the bottom line is do whatever you want with your gear. I know that I'm not wasting MY money on it, a little basic math will prevail.
Hold on, let me make how much money I've spent clear. I paid 950 for my speed right when it came out. Now, i'm lucky to get 700 for it. Ok, lets use 700 dollars as the current value. Was parts, including everything you need to ace a speed=170$. Drill eye holes, install ace yourself, re-assess value. 1100 easy. 700+170=870. 1100-870= 230$ added extra value. Basic math does prevail.
Honestly, I don't want to start beef with you. I just want to make a few things clear. Sure I complain about opto.... maybe once in a thread I made... but think about it. Ken's technique is proper forward travel so the opto can reset. Like I said in that same thread, I hate having to adjust my trigger from a setup I love, just to get an anti-chop system to work correctly. Ken said my sensor was fine. I desperately wanted a new one to fix my problem, but he said that wasn't necessary. :scratchhe
Back to matrixes....... How many of you own one?

Ive played with a few trix's. Nice guns, i actually was pretty impressed with the NYX, but the maintenance on that sucker was a bitch for the guy who owned it. Hes currently on his second looking to sell it cus hes in love with his timmy's.

matinence on trixs isnt too bad, just lube the bolt every 2 weeks and its a very simple procedure. if you get a trix definatly get a 50/50 frame on a dye trix to reduce alot of the weight.
Arti does acquire some pretty nice guns......
As we all know, lubing every 2 weeks is two times more than you'd be lubing your speed or any other angel.

i cant tell you how many times i have seen trix users complain about blowing oringhs on the bolt.. its hillarious as hell, and at the last tournament i went to i saw the meaning of "blender" from them, if i ever bought one i told all my friends to kill me, besides they use primitive microswitches :P
besides they use primitive microswitches :P
Primitive.... :pat: :get:
I'm not interested in owning one unless I'm a pro, with a gun bitch who will take it apart and maintain it after every day of play.

its probably a little late for this in the thread but you can get the traumas anymore, freeflow stopped making them. the shop/field im with became a freeflow dealer recently and they had a kid that came up to the store asking if they could order one an they said theyve been out of production. ive heard great things about them though, you can prob find one on pbnation or ebay or something. but with everything everyone else is sayin, i wouldnt mind having one as a back up. to me i think they are just like any other gun as long as you know what your doin with it your fine.
