Ok, last night I wanted to adjust my trigger pull a little bit and I began the process following my manual every step of the way. Well one of the screws (the one by the trigger) to take the grip fram off would not come off so I decided to just leave it be and not adjust. So I put everything back together. Well today I wanted to see if it was working so I dry fired a few times. This is when the black stuff came out of the crack at the top of the grip frame. I then took it apart again to see if the wires and stuff was in the right place and they seemed to be so, I put it back together again and dry fired some more. The black stuff didnt come back as much but there was still a little. Any way can some one tell me what this may be and how i can fix it ?

its a solid not like smoke, its easy to rub off and stuff, im not sure what it is, its a powdery thing I dont know, its hard to explain what exactly it is.

Might be graphite, its used as a lubricant sometimes (especially around plastic, electrical boards, and wires). Is is a kinda black powdery substance?

Thats what it sounds like.

P.S. it would rub off very easily.

do i have to worry about it?
probably not,

my thoughts were that it's probably just dirt or some dirty grease maybe
