View Full Version : Player Profiles Not Working on Palm

The player profile does not work on my palm. Everytime I open it I get a FATAL EXCEPTION ERROR. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

mmmm, is the Ir3 program itself working?

And also, do you have a color PDA or black/white...

Bc there are two downloads of player profiles, one for "colour" and one for "grey" and maybe you downloaded the wrong one.

The IR3 program is working and I have a black and white PDA.

Stevo, are you pulling our barrels??? Where did you get the idea that two programs existed, one for B&W and another for color Palms.

Figure this one out. WDP down loaded the program to my Wifes color Palm at the Cup and then when we got home She infra red transmited the program to my B&W Palm. Both programs work fine. One is "gray" as you call it and the other is color and they both came from a single program in other Palms......Chuck

Old Timer...

Plain and simple, before spouting off make sure you actually check some things. When you download the player profiles, and unzip there are 2 choices "color" and "grey". Depending on what type of Palm you have would determine which version you need. I'm pretty sure that even Bill mentions this in his review on Warpig.

I checked that and it still does not work. I have a grey palm and I loaded the right application.

try deleting the file, and then uploading it again. Are you saying that you can't open the player profile? Or you just can't beam them to your Angel? Is the regular stuff working? Are you able to send and receive your settings for the marker? Are you able to open the Angel softare itself?

I did delete the old files and installed the new ones. Everything else seems to work fine. Everytime I opening player seetings I get a "Fatal Error" and have to restart the palm. The Angel software is workin fine.

hmmmm if that's the only problem perhaps shoot an e-mail to WDP. What type of Pal are you using?
