I received my angel speed for Christmas and it has not performed quite right. I purchased an angel tool kit and discovered my lpr was at 55 psi. I removed the gauge and discovered I did not have any shims installed from the factory. I installed the 2 extra shims that came with my marker however that only brought me to 65 psi. I noticed improved consistant performance however I need more shims and would like them sent to me at no charge. hey $15.00 is $15.00 The overall assembly must have been done on a Friday or monday as most the o rings were dry and the feed neck is so tight I can’t remove it with my strap wrench without destroying it! Who can I contact for help?

If the store where it was purchased doesn't help (caveat emptor and all) contact WDP. They're pretty nice folks and might be willing to work with you (assuming the warranty hasn't been voided)

depending on your location if you can make it into one of the Sponsors shops they can take a look at it. Regardless I'd suggest contacting not only the original shop where it was purchased, but the Sponsors as well.
Now for another part of the issue...with the Speed and the 4 you can make changes to the LPR. You need to open your manual and read everything about the LPR. When they made the LPR rebuildable they also made a small portion of it adjustable.
As for the feedneck....heat and a strap wrench. Many users on ALL line of Angels have found that they have had a hard time getting it off in some cases.
