I've been running mine between 600-650

Is my out put preasure supposed to go up and down ? for example i put it at 600 ... and the lcd says this 600 613 590 630 is this normall ?

Yeah that's fine. It's becaue you've got a digital read out now, so you notice the changes. It's called guage bounce. All guages do it, like I said though, you're just noticing it now because it's digital. You're still good to go.
