Battery problem

I turned my speed on to see if I needed to charge it. It went through its normal procedure then shut off. I figured this meant I needed to charge the battery but for some reason it is not charging at all. Does anyone know what the problem could be?

Bad charger and/or bad battery pack. Borrow a friend's charger to test
