I was getting 6 pods and a hopper off of about 3500psi with my first weekend using it. The following weekend I got 8 pods and a hopper off a warm 4500psi fill. Off a warm 5000psi fill I got 10 pods and on the 10th pod reload my velocity started to bottom out.
All done off a 68ci, medium volumizer, LPR @ 80psi, 450psi output preset, 220 into the marker.

how many rounds does each pod of yours hold because mine each hold 200 like a hopper but ive seen some that hold less like 100.

you're carrying 200 round pods??? and what pack are you carrying them in? Most packs are designed for 140's or 100's

On a 70cu, 4500psi stubby, I'm getting a little less than 1,000 shots.
I'm not thrilled with this situation (though it's certainly better than the 20oz CO2 from which I upgraded!), and I intend to do some optimizing next weekend or the weekend after.

u see thats the thing i cant carry them around! >:( so there a waste but i mainly play speedball/short games (if im using speedball correctly) so a hopper full of paint is normally enough but i still plan on getting new/better pods and a pack but not until i have bought my new setup which is going to be in september. after that ill deal with that setup for a little while then get the pods etc. and than prob an evil pipe kit. im planning on getting a evo2 z-boarded AIR 68/45 and either a cobra a4 (if there worth it when they release), if that doesnt have a stick trigger or something better than stock ill prob get slayer, a force 4 with slayer trigger or reg a4 with slayer trigger.

I am planning the same also because I have heard nothing but good things about the force. Quite frankly, I am a little disappointed by cobra. They changed the date like four times already and I think it is getting a little annoying. They have said that it will be drastic performance but I have a feeling it will be no more than a trigger and a gripper standard. I know it will have a hefty price tag also just like all the other cobras they released. My opinion is, I will give it till march which they said (that is the first part of 04 right?) and if it is not what they promised and if they can not meet the warrantee that the force gives, screw cobra. Im buying a force.

yep same here, though im not buying till september so i can give them a little more time. but seeing the other cobra guns you can tell that nothing has had a drastic performance improvement if any at all plus they are really expensive. they are selling the ir3 for 700-800 or less but the custom ir3 for 1500! unless they really change and blow me away im going with the force. i just hope the second batch has a dust black or dust black to dust blue fade or something i can deal with color wise (i like dust finishes usaually and mainly black guns but scince i wear dye blue stuff and the black blue pants i can deal with blue or black blue fades :P).

wait update my pods are 140's hehe sorry its just this kid i know had a pack that he said held something around 140-150's but mine didnt fit. now that i clarified mine being 140's it also leads me to think his pack held less (obviously)

oh your right the stock black angel ir3's are 600 there and same for blue cnc and the custom ir3 is 1500. unless ur talking about pods? than i dont understand what u mean. wait i just got what you meant. lol sorry bout that heheh any way i mainly use them in between games so i can hop right back in and relaod quick right now. also, anyone with packs, what are they like? ive never used them. are they annoying? does it restrict any movement?

get a pack that is comfortable for you
I've used Warrior Sports Gear, Unique, Redz and Petrol packs....I'm currently using a Petrol pack as it changes the profile a little bit, and while it isn't as big as my Redz was (number of pods wise) since I got the Angel pants now I don't need to worry about the loss of the extra 2 pods in the pack.

i have dye c4 pants (black blue if anyone wanted to know and yes the blue c4 jersey and blue c4 gloves hehe love that dye stuff). i thought at one point dye had 2 side pockets that each held a 140. my front pockets can but thats too annoying and can slip out when i crouch plus no good for any laying.

Have you seen the new Petrol packs?
Real nice fit. I'd thought about the M-packs at one point, and then I got my Redz for free:wink:

Indeed, Justin just picked one up. They're real nice, much better than Redz or Extreme Rage but we both agree... M-pack.
Though we got ours for free! ;)
