just got an orange force 4 from Mo's (which i love) and my backplate is not the one in the pics it is the standard A4 backplate. also my gundidnot come setup as it says on Angelforce.tv is there a reason for this.

when the Force first arrived in the shops the backplates were delayed, so there were coming with the standard backplate until they could be swapped out. I'm sure it was just a slight oversight by Ron and the guys at Mo's that they didn't get to that marker. I'm sure if you call them they will rectify the situation. As for the tuning and set up, I can't rightfully answer that as I am not in their shop, however I'm sure Ken will hop on here and make every attempt to rectify that situation as well. Just give the guys a call and they will do everything in their power to make you a satisified customer.

Please contact Mo's first to give them a chance to explain themselves and correct any problems. In the unlikely event you still have concerns please give me a call at 260-485-5292.

What is wrong with people today.... Jump on the forum and flame someone before you even let them know that there is a problem and give them a chance to fix it.

That's today's consumer for you... Publicly belittle someone so they feel obligated to fix it.
However most people are less inclined to notify the same public of their happiness after the situation is resolved.

i am just saying, the guy that made the post wasnt falming mo's... he just clearly stated, there were a couple things wrong with his gun, and was asking if anyone knew y it was like this
he said nothig about bad customer service, or he dident say he got ripped off and stuff... he just asked y his gun was difernt from others
so dont go saying he is flaming, just cause he made a post to ask a question
anyways man, like the others said
call mos and talk to them.. it will get straightened out easily and quickly

He could have called Mo's upon receipt of the marker and asked: "Why does my marker not have the following..."
Ron is very easy to deal with and he could have had a chance to explain the reasoning, justify the cause or resolve the situation.
Posting this in the Master Tech Force 4 doesn't expedite the process.

For all's information I have tried to contact mo's and have not been able to get thru. I meant no ill will toward mo's and was just making sure which backplate was supposed to be on gun.

If that were true then why isn't the subject of the thread "Which backplate was supposed to be on the gun?"
At anyrate Richard just try to contact another sponsor if your having difficulties contacing Mo's. Might be a legit reason they havent returned your call but contacting another sponsor should rectify your issue. BTW nice choice on color :bigok:

It doesn't... it's certainly not as fast as picking up the phone and calling another MT or emailing them. Not all of the MTs check these forums daily, heck some of them probably don't check it weekly! :puzzled:

some of them have been absent for a very long time...I was quite surprised and happy to see Eric respond actually.

email me with the color of your gun and we WILL make sure you get the back plate.i will send it to you myself.the force 4 project stands for 1 thing over all.100% satisfaction.i will make sure this happens myself....ken

I got the same deal, Purchased the Orange/Black Force from Badlands, and it arrived still shrinkwrapped, it was never tested/tuned as promised, I didn't bother complaing however, I will meet up with a master tech at skyball and have it done there...

contact the service center from which you purcahsed the marker, and I'm sure that they will correct that oversight

I got my gun and it didnt have the back plate, but I knew they were delayed. Also, mine was shrink wrapped when I got it. I got it the day Sean and Eric(angelparts.com) left for the Commanders Cup, that was the same day they got theirs instock to sell, lol. Anyways, it was perfectly tuned and setup straight from the factory, only thing I changed was the MROF, and Debounce setting that was all.
I am so happy with my purchase. The service I have gotten, and the friendliness of the techs(well except when you play with them and you shoot Sean, hehe, that makes him mad, especially when its with a gun he just showed me some cool things with the game before, lol).
