Force 4 warranty

How come after I register my warranty on-line at www.wdp.tv/warranty it says it expires next year? I thought it was a life time warranty.

DKJ, when I purchase my warranty I was asked for my information (Name, Address, Email, Phone Number, etc.). I was told that my information would go into the AngelForce database so that anyone of the techs could access it in the future.
