Once you've set your settings on your speed and then power it off, when you power it on again does it remember the previous settings?

yes, it will always remember the settings through power on and off, and after charging.

lol that would be a pain if it didnt.

yes the only thing you have to do each time you cycle the power is calibrating the sensi when you turn it back on.
