I know there are plenty of people out there that use halos and have never had a problem. But, you still see so many posts about people not being able to get their angel working with a halo. I have heard that if you get a halo that works on an angel that it will work on any angel. I just think this is all wierd becasue you never hear of any problems with halos on any other gun.

because the stock ball detents sometimes are not strong enough for the halo,

also if you dont have the A4 bolt you could have issues with a ball rolling back and another ball being partially in the breach

but like i said, an A4 bolt and stronger detent will most likely fix any halo problem

oh and btw i have heard of halo problems on other guns and i have also seen a halo make a mess on a lasoya timmy

a halo tsa cant do 26bps.... they're gravity fed and limited to 13-14 bps at most...

It might be possible that he had 2 balls that were close enough together to register a 26 Moogle. Possibly. He certainly would not be able to maintain that rate for more than a ball or two though. The TSA psysically just can't do it.

It is wierd. Some people say it's a "hit or miss". I personally have never had a problem with my Halo/Speed..I couldnt be happier o well. I agree with Moogle about the detents/A4 bolt my friend had a blender there for a while and once he put on some new detents/A4 bolt everything worked fine.

There are also Halo issues on Imps and the common prob seems to be ball detents

imps, timmys, vikings, angels, matrixes, many guns have problems with them.

This is what happend to me today:
I asked a team mate if i could try is halo. So i put it on my speed with a a+ low rise. I turn it on and it wouldnīt work. I turned it on an off several times and it didnīt work. The bateries were new. When i gave up and was pulling it out it started to work!!!! So i fired a couple of shots, no problem. So i push it in again and it stopped working. So all the way in the halo does't work but if i pulled it out for a 1mm or 2 it would work fine. The only thing that i can remember is that the halo eye has a blind spot of some sort???? Does this make sense???? May this be the cause of speed/halo problems? Any opinions?

yea the eyes probably rested between 2 balls or something, or were you using black shelled paint maybe?

No. It was orange zap paint.

my clear halo has always worked grat iwth my speed. But, i also taped aroudn the neck inside so that light cant effect the eye.
